Pension Support Specialist

Aon Hewitt is seeking a Pension Support Specialist to join our Sheffield team on an initial fixed term contract basis. This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package and 25 days holiday.
As a Pension Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, helping customers with day-to-day queries regarding their pension. You will work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of home and office working, and will be supported by our experienced team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accurate information from our knowledge/customer databases
- Helping customers complete documentation
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging interactions. Full training will be given to ensure you are successful in your new role.
