Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement local marketing strategies to support the realization of commercial targets for the country cluster.
- Coordinate and execute marketing activities, including product launches, segment campaigns, digital activities, events, and PR, on a local level.
- Manage the local Gourmet marketing budget to maximize return-on-investment.
- Set clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Track and evaluate performance using analytical tools and use insights to optimize marketing plans.
- Collaborate with sales, chefs, ambassadors, creatives, and agencies to create and adapt local sales training and customer communication tools.
- Manage all visual marketing tools for all Gourmet brands, including catalogues, brochures, merchandise, and event kits.
- Develop annual trade marketing plans for key distributor customers, including advising on communication channel mix and briefing creative teams.
- Manage external agencies and freelancers to deliver campaigns and activations on time and within budget.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing professional with a strong background in brand management and/or trade marketing. You should have a degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience at a manager level. You should also have a strong business acumen, ability to translate consumer/customer insights into actionable plans, and experience creating, managing, and evaluating multiple successful marketing campaigns end-to-end.
