Facilities Maintenance Opportunity
We are currently looking for a skilled Handyman to join our team based in the Norwich area. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing building maintenance services across multiple disciplines, aiming to keep services and costs in-house.

The ideal candidate will possess experience with basic plumbing in a commercial setting, which would be highly beneficial for this position. This role involves working across various locations in the Home Counties, including Reading and surrounding areas.

The work consists of a mix of planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and reactive building works, both internally and externally. Key responsibilities include:

• Roofing: repairing roof leaks and quarterly gutter and gully clearance
• Brickwork: repairs to walls
• Flooring: repair of vinyl and ceramic tiles
• Car Park / yard works
• Roller shutters: annual PPM and reactive repairs

• Painting and decorating: carrying out minor painting repairs
• Plumbing and drainage: unblocking drains, urinals, toilets, and sinks, as well as repairing leaking taps and washers.

This role offers a rewarding salary package, including a base salary of £27,980, paid travel time, overtime, a company van, 33 days' holiday, pension, and private health care.
