**Company Description**
We are looking for a skilled handyman/Maintenance person to join our team at The Berkshire Arms in Midgham just outside Reading.

We have a 49 room hotel attached to our beautiful pub and we are looking for someone to take on the general day to day maintenance of our rooms and pub.

**Job Description** Your role as maintenance**
- This is a working role so you will be leading from the front ensure an outstanding guest experience
- You will create the perfect environment for our guests through preparation of exceptional spaces, perfect cleanliness and adding unique touches to create lasting impressions
- Conduct routine inspections, report defects, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness in public areas, promptly address guest experiences, assist in VIP requirements, and focus on delivering personalised touches for complete guest satisfaction.

- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Possess an excellent eye for detail, ensuring precision and accuracy in tasks to maintain high-quality standards.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, facilitating seamless teamwork and collaboration with colleagues in various roles.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry, particularly in the realms of Hotel and Restaurants.
- Extensive background in a hotel setting demonstrating hands-on experience in the details of kitchen operations and showcasing practical knowledge and proficiency in culinary practices.
