Make a Difference in the Lives of Children in Barnet

Connect2Socialwork is seeking a Senior Social Worker/Advanced Practitioner to join their Fostering Team. This is a locum opportunity with a pay rate up to £37 an hour. The post holder will provide focused and purposeful social work interventions within a Resilience framework, with explicit aims and objectives about desired outcomes within the context of managing risk to children. The ideal candidate will have access to a car and be able to drive. The post holder will also have access to a laptop and training provided. The agency offers a "Refer a Friend" bonus and a "Warm Welcome" bonus. The post holder will uphold the HCPC Proficiency for Social Workers and maintain an updated portfolio with evidence of continuous professional development. The post holder will work within a hybrid working arrangement. The agency provides a free DBS and compliance service, as well as a prompt and reliable payroll system. The post holder will be part of a team that provides available work with the majority of local authorities nationwide. The post is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references.
