Business Development Manager

As a Senior Strategic Account Manager at Motorway, you will play a crucial role in engaging, supporting, and growing our largest car dealer partners. You will build strong relationships with senior executives, understanding their needs and how Motorway can support them.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building trusted relationships with senior executives of the UK's largest dealerships, supporting their profitable growth through the use of Motorway's products and services.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives of the UK's largest dealerships
- Communicate the Motorway value proposition, tailored to the specific needs of dealerships
- Achieve sales growth targets and secure dealers' commercial commitment to Motorway
- Introduce additional products and services to support dealers' sales growth
- Act as the voice of the dealer within the business, providing insights to inform improvements
**Requirements:**
- Strong demonstrable experience in senior sales, account management, partnership success, or business development
- Proven track record of delivering sustained sales growth across partner accounts
- Expertise in solution selling, pipeline management, and complex corporate account engagement at C-suite/board level
