We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team and lead complex data centre projects across multiple regions, working with industry-leading clients in the technology sector.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale data centre construction projects, with strong experience in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder communication.

About the Role:

  • Lead and manage large-scale data centre construction projects from inception to completion
  • Oversee project teams, including consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years construction project management experience
  • Proven track record delivering data centre projects
  • Strong understanding of mission critical facilities and associated MEP systems
  • Experience managing projects valued at £50m+
  • Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement routes
