Key Responsibilities:


Commercial Capability



  • Ensure timely and effective order and replenishment
  • Maintain store merchandising according to best sellers and trends
  • Organize stockroom efficiently

Sales, Hours & Productivity



  • Drive sales using commercial information and product knowledge
  • Manage marketing initiatives and sales performance
  • Manage store hours budget effectively
  • Design ideal rota for store operations
  • Meet productivity targets or implement procedures for corrective action
  • Aware of competitors and create relationships for feedback

Stores Procedures and Cost Control



  • Meet targets for security and shrinkage, cash desk management, administration, health and safety, and cost control

Customer Service



  • Foster customer service consistently and drive team to maintain standards

People Management Procedures



  • Ensure procedures are in place for payroll, HR, recruitment, and learning & development

Leadership Capability



  • Be a role model for leadership and communication
  • Communicate effectively with Head Office and store teams
  • Manage conflict effectively and give/receive constructive feedback
  • Develop team through performance reviews and personal development plans
  • Induct employees and manage succession plans

Experience and Qualifications



  • Good knowledge of the company, brand, and store
  • Solid experience managing similar retail operations
  • Passion for fashion, market, and trend awareness
  • Proven ability to maximise profitability and drive sales
  • Strong team management experience
