Job Title: Lead Trainer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Trainer to join our team at Systems Engineering and Assessment Limited. As a Lead Trainer, you will be responsible for managing a small team of instructors and delivering training to our customers in the UK and abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of internal instructors and deliver training to customers in the UK and abroad
• Develop and deliver training programs that meet the needs of our customers
• Collaborate with Training Designers and Courseware developers to create engaging lessons
• Manage the SEA training facility and coordinate training logistics
• Utilize various training methodologies and techniques to accommodate different learning styles, media, and skill levels
• Deliver training sessions in person and virtually, and monitor and evaluate their effectiveness
• Stay current with training trends and best practices
• Liaise with customers, sub-contractors, and subject matter experts as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trainer with a track record of delivering successful training programs
• Recognized training qualification, civilian or military, and/or technical training
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of trainers
• Proficient in various training methodologies and techniques, including face-to-face, e-learning platforms, blended learning, and virtual training tools
• Familiarity with the Defence Systems Approach to Training (DSAT) processes is ideal
