Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Field Sales Representative to join our team at Rentokil Initial. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting customers, surveying their properties, and establishing a way to solve or prevent their specific pest problem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit customers and survey their properties to identify pest control needs
  • Establish relationships with customers to provide excellent customer service
  • Work with customers to develop and implement pest control solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and driven individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points
