Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop effective relationships with customers to understand their healthcare needs.
  2. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality services and meet patient expectations.
  3. Ensure compliance with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.
  4. Identify opportunities to promote services and items to GPs and practice teams.
  5. Optimize dispensary operations to minimize losses and improve efficiency.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care and a commitment to ongoing professional development. We offer support towards achieving both competency and knowledge-based NVQ Level 3 (QCF) qualification in Pharmacy Services to become eligible to register with the GPHC as a Pharmacy Technician.
