About the School:

Long-term Teachers Ltd is working with an outstanding Special Educational Needs school near Cinderford. The school is a vibrant and inclusive community where pupils of all abilities and staff can learn and grow together.

The school caters for children and young people from the age of 4 to 16 with Special Educational Needs within the areas of Communication and Interaction, Cognition and Learning, and Sensory and/or Physical needs.

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Teacher to join our team. As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of classes.

Your role will include:

  • To teach a small group of SEND pupils with a range of learning differences.
  • Be a positive and proactive addition to the school.
  • Working 1-1 with pupils who require additional support.
  • Utilising the facilities and resources available.
  • Manage behaviour and maintain a inclusive learning environment.
  • Mark work and report to parents and carers about their children's progress.
