Job Overview

The successful candidate will oversee a wide variety of IT projects for regular customers in the Kidderminster area. This role requires great customer service skills, experience working with SLAs, and an ability to react quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Service Support and Service Delivery policies and processes are in place to meet individual Customer needs.
  • To own Incident, Request, Change and associated Escalation processes.
  • To take ownership of Major Incidents to ensure coordination of resolving parties, effective communication to stakeholders and post incident review in line with the company's Major Incident Management process.
  • To monitor and assess performance to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met in line with Customer requirements.
  • To meet with Customer to cultivate feedback regarding the Managed Service and to facilitate any required improvements.

Requirements:
  • A logical approach to troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Display a strong working knowledge of Change and Problem Management.
