Job Summary

A prestigious regional law firm is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join its thriving team in Oxford. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with a Partner while independently managing a caseload of private client matters.

  • Advising on wills, tax planning, probate, and estate administration.
  • Handling trust creation and administration, as well as Court of Protection work.
  • Supervising and supporting junior team members.
  • Engaging in business development and marketing to support team growth.
  • Delivering a consistently high level of client service and maintaining compliance with professional standards.

You will be responsible for playing a key part in a growing team identified as a strategic focus area. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualified solicitor status or equivalent professional qualification with 5+ years PQE.
  • Strong expertise in wills, trusts, probate, estate administration, and tax planning.
  • Experience in managing and supervising team members.
  • Competence with IT applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems.
