We are currently looking for multiple Support Workers to join our team in the Wellington area.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, providing high-quality care and support to residents in their homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Making meals, drinks, and snacks where necessary
  • Supporting with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions
  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, including personal care and medication management
  • Putting resident wellbeing at the heart of the service, going the extra mile to ensure our residents can live their best lives

Requirements:

  • Mandatory Care Certificate (training can be provided)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Enhanced DBS (assistance provided)

Benefits:
