Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to join our team, reporting directly to the Chief Data Officer (CDO). Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery of data initiatives on time and within budget.
Main responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the execution of data delivery projects across the organization.
- Developing and implementing strategies to align data initiatives with business objectives.
- Communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into deliverable solutions.
- Showcasing the capabilities of the Data team and demonstrating how data solutions can drive business growth.
- Utilizing project management tools to efficiently track and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Overseeing expectation management to ensure all stakeholders are adequately informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.
- Actively participating in the Data Leadership Team, contributing to strategic decision-making and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency while ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
To succeed in this role, you'll need exceptional communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and experience in identifying and capitalizing on data-driven business opportunities.
A proven ability to collaborate effectively with Analytics, Insight, and CRM teams is essential, along with extensive knowledge of data strategy and its adoption across the organisation. Mentorship experience, proficiency in managing project portfolios and budgets, and commitment to delivery excellence are also required.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Business Analytics; an advanced degree is preferred.
