About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concierge to join our team at the Guinness Partnership in Cheshire. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a welcoming service to our elderly tenants, ensuring a clean, safe, and secure living environment.

Reporting into the Extra Care Scheme Manager, you will work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and support to our tenants. Your role will involve providing administrative support, managing day-to-day tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of the scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a welcoming and supportive service to tenants
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and secure living environment
  • Manage day-to-day tasks and administrative duties
  • Work closely with the Extra Care Scheme Manager to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic administrative skills
