**Clinical Tutor Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Tutor to join our team at the University of Exeter. As a Clinical Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting the Clinical Practice Director in planning and delivering the clinical practice elements of the DClinPsy Programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the organisation, monitoring, and development of trainee placements in Dorset. This will involve collaborating with our current Dorset Clinical Tutor and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the highest quality placements for our trainees.

We are looking for an individual with a postgraduate doctorate in Clinical Psychology (or equivalent) who is eligible for Chartered Clinical Psychology registration. You will also need to demonstrate evidence of continuous professional development as recommended by the BPS and have experience of supervising clinical psychology trainees.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Clinical Practice Director in planning and delivering the clinical practice elements of the DClinPsy Programme.
  • Organise, monitor, and develop trainee placements in Dorset.
  • Collaborate with our current Dorset Clinical Tutor and other relevant stakeholders to ensure high-quality placements.
  • Supervise clinical psychology trainees and provide guidance and support as needed.
