Financial Accounting Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Accounting Assistant to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues.
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations and industry developments, and implement changes as necessary.
Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA part-qualified with practice or industry experience.
- Dynamic, creative individual comfortable working with autonomy and responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to excel within a fast-paced creative and growing environment.
- Knowledge of Sage 200 / SAP By Design.
