Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth management of our company's finances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Raising Invoices: Generate accurate invoices promptly for our clients, ensuring timely payment and maintaining a positive cash flow.
- Receiving Invoices: Efficiently manage and record incoming invoices from suppliers, ensuring accurate processing and reconciliation.
- Using Sage: Utilize your knowledge of Sage accounting software to streamline financial processes, improve efficiency, and reduce errors.
- Processing Applications: Ensure smooth financial operations by processing applications accurately, maintaining compliance with financial regulations, and adhering to company policies.
- Checking Off Payments: Monitor and reconcile payments received to keep our accounts in perfect order, ensuring accurate financial reporting and minimizing discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Bookkeeping/Accounting Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
- Experience using Sage: Proficient in using Sage accounting software, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Commutable to Northampton: Located in or around Northampton, with easy access to our office.
