Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with preparing and organizing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Track leads and opportunities in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client data.
  • Schedule client meetings, site visits, and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain documents such as proposals, permits, and agreements.
  • Process and track customer applications.
  • Input and manage customer data in our CRM software.
  • Support post-sales with customer follow-ups, generating invoices, and warranty claims.
  • Assist with sales forecast and pipeline reports.
  • Deal with customer issues and queries.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong administration and customer service background, who has good telephone skills and can work under pressure.
