We are committed to providing an inclusive, working environment to support our diverse team of employees, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join our busy finance team based at our Hindley office.

**Main duties include but are not limited to**:

- Credit control
- Accounting to trial balance
- Payroll
- Create and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders, and respond to queries
- Work to operational objectives to ensure excellent services are delivered
- Produce accurate and timely work.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5 years experience (desirable)
- Block management/property experience (desirable)
- Sage 50 / 200 (essential)
- Purchase ledger (essential)
- Be an excellent communicator in order to effectively communicate with team members and suppliers (essential)
- Confident use of Microsoft Excel (essential)
- Excellent data entry skills and be able to process information onto internal systems with great attention to detail, ensuring accuracy for every entry (essential)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
