About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team at Eco Personnel (UK) LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and support on safety, health, environmental, and sustainability matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HSQE strategies and policies to ensure compliance and effective management of records and paperwork.
  • Collaborate with the management team to promote and lead HSQE elements, providing accurate and meaningful data across the business.
  • Maintain and upkeep the HSQE management system, ensuring it meets the department's aims and objectives.
  • Support and implement Behavioural Safety and Safety Culture Change initiatives, with a focus on incident/accident investigations.
  • Travel to operational sites and regional offices as required, with the potential for agile working arrangements.
Requirements
  • Recognized HSE qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent)
  • Experience in a similar HSQE role
  • Professional membership of environmental management bodies (IEMA or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Incident Investigation experience
  • Member of a professional body (IOSH or equivalent)
  • Conversant in HSE Management Systems
  • Knowledge of internal auditing and ISO9001
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards HSQE
  • Proficient in MS Office

  • Base salary £35K - £40K per annum
