HSQE Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled HSQE Advisor to join our team at Eco Personnel (UK) LTD. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality advice and support to ensure the effective management of safety, health, environmental, and sustainability initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. You will also be involved in the maintenance and upkeep of our HSQE management system, ensuring that all records and paperwork are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of HSQE strategies and policies
• Provide high-quality advice and support to ensure effective HSQE management
• Maintain and update the HSQE management system
• Assist in the investigation of incidents and accidents
• Support the promotion and leadership of HSQE elements

Requirements:

• Recognized HSE qualification (NEBOSH or equivalent)
• Experience within a similar HSQE post
• Professional membership of environmental management body such as IEMA (desirable but not essential)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Incident Investigation experience
• Member of a professional body such as IOSH (desirable)
• Conversant in HSE Management Systems
• Knowledge of internal auditing and ISO9001
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude towards HSQE
• Proficient in MS Office
