About the Role

We are seeking a talented Transmission Control Engineer to join our team at Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating commissioning programs and operational data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power system analysis of electricity flows
  • Ensuring the provision of appropriate SCADA displays and PSS/E models prior to network changes
  • In real time, commissioning and switching up to 400kV

Requirements

  • A minimum of an HNC in electrical engineering
  • A flexible and proactive approach to work in order to achieve results and thrive under pressure
