Secondary Teaching Assistant Role in Southwark

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team at a forward-thinking Secondary School in Southwark. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of 11-16 year old students.

Job Specification:
  • First-Class or 2:1 Degree from a leading UK University
  • Ideal for aspiring Secondary Teachers
  • Possess a strong set of GCSE and A-Level results
  • A true desire and passion for supporting children
  • A positive mindset and a desire to make a difference
Job Role:
  • Provide academic and pastoral support to 11-16 year olds
  • Work alongside supportive and friendly Secondary Teachers
  • Provide support and guidance to students with SEN
  • Deliver small group interventions
  • Monitor and Track Progress
  • Guide, motivate and empower students so they are ready for post-school life
  • Full time role | 8.30 - 3.30 | £450 - £500 a week
