Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the General Manager to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  2. Lead by example, delivering outstanding guest service and food quality while managing complaints effectively
  3. Ensure a safe and compliant working environment through regular Health and Safety checks and adherence to TBFC systems
  4. Monitor and control business KPIs to inform strategic decisions
  5. Develop and coach the team, providing training and feedback to drive performance and growth
  6. Manage stock levels and ordering to optimize inventory and minimize waste
  7. Embed the TBFC values and foster a positive, inclusive work environment
What We're Looking For:
  1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail
  2. A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a commitment to producing high-quality food
  3. A focus on maintaining high cleaning standards and taking pride in your appearance and the restaurant's presentation
  4. A lead-by-example approach, driving standards and excellence in all aspects of the role
  5. Leadership and coaching experience, with a track record of developing and empowering teams
Desired Experience:
  1. Customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Experience working in a leadership role, with a proven ability to motivate and develop teams
