Forensic Psychologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Forensic Psychologist to join our team at HMP Altcourse, a leading prison establishment in the UK. As a Forensic Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in leading and developing innovative plans to support prisoners with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise Forensic Psychologists in Training and engage directly with prisoners.
- Conduct forensic assessments, formulate plans, and contribute to psychological treatment for prisoners.
- Collaborate with the Psychology and Interventions team, prisoners, and the wider prison community.
- Provide training on managing behaviours, personality disorders, and share information on complex case formulations with relevant teams for effective prisoner management.

Requirements:- HCPC Registered Forensic Psychologist.
- Experience working in a prison or forensic mental health setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
