Community Care Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Community Care Professional to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Community Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes.
You will work closely with our Branch Nurses and Care Staff to deliver exceptional care and support to our service users. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering person-centered care.
We offer a comprehensive salary package, including a competitive hourly rate of £15.00, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, ongoing training and support, and an opportunity to work with a respected and established care provider.
Job Requirements:
- Experience working within care is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
