We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
As part of our team, you will follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and support them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
What You Will Need- No social care experience is necessary, we are more interested in your compassion and ability to care.
- You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
