Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a diverse range of professional massage and spa treatments according to guest preferences.
  • Perform treatments in accordance with established standards and protocols.
  • Consult with guests to determine their individual needs and provide suitable treatment recommendations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Ensure that all spa equipment and products are clean, organised, and in good working condition.
  • Stay current with new massage techniques and spa treatments to provide a diverse range of services.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and feedback in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Promote spa services and products to guests to enhance their experience.
  • Assist in maintaining spa inventory and supplies.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Certification or qualification as a Massage Therapist from a recognised institution.
  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a spa or hospitality environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various massage techniques and spa treatments.
  • High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Physical stamina to perform massage treatments for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
