Job Title: Project Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Calibre Search. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing schemes up to at least £3 million for civil engineering contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate project activities to ensure timely completion and within budget.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Collaborate with senior managers and directors to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the procurement of plant, personnel, and materials.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering.
- Strong knowledge of NEC Suite and experience of working with Yorkshire Water on major schemes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- CSCS and SMSTS certification.
