About the Job

As a Resident Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents. You will work closely with contractors to ensure that all communal areas, gardens, and grounds are maintained to a high standard.

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with residents, their families, and local authorities. This will involve regular checks to ensure that the building's safety and security measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain a safe and secure environment for residents.
  2. Work with contractors to ensure that communal areas, gardens, and grounds are maintained.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with residents, their families, and local authorities.
  4. Conduct regular checks to ensure the building's safety and security measures are in place.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
