Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team, providing person-centred care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting independence and dignity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and reviews, ensuring client needs are met.
