Job Description: As a Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be crucial in creating self-service reporting and ad-hoc analysis across various platforms, including Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel.
Responsibilities:
- Create data visualizations that tell a story and inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain bonus models and incentive structures for Distribution
- Analyze trends, identify root causes, and implement solutions to improve quality of output
- Maintain macro-economic awareness and deliver associated insights
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to enhance data quality, availability, and governance
Required Skills and Qualifications: A degree in a relevant subject (computing, programming, mathematics, statistics, or economics) and 3+ years' experience in data analysis and report building using Power BI.
