Lead Paediatric Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Children's Nurse to join our Specialist Team as a Lead Paediatric Nurse Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our young clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Registered Children's Nurses to provide high-quality care and support to our young clients in their homes.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional care.
- Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that our services are delivered to the highest standards.
- Contribute to the development of our clinical policies and procedures, ensuring that they are evidence-based and effective.
- Registered Paediatric Nurse with a strong background in clinical leadership and management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a track record of delivering high-quality care and services.
- Strong clinical skills, with experience in areas such as tracheostomy care, suctioning, nebuliser management, stoma care, and gastro feeding.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
