Main Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards, conducting regular site inspections and implementing measures to mitigate risks.
  • Operations Management: Make strategic decisions to optimize site operations, maximize margin, and drive business growth.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor site employees, allocating tasks, and ensuring clear understanding of work expectations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance site employees' skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Quality Control: Implement ITP inspections, issue defect notices, and ensure rectification to guarantee high-quality work.
  • Project Management: Monitor contract and target programs, ensuring key milestones are met, and implement 2-4 week Excel look-ahead programs to manage resources effectively.

Requirements:

  • CITB SMSTS Management certification
  • CSCS certification
  • First Aid certification
  • Driving License
  • Bachelor's Degree or Management Qualification from NVQ/SVQ Level 4 (desirable)

Benefits:

  • Annual salary of £55k Circa
