A key client of Intaso's is seeking a Cybersecurity Consultant to join their team in a period of growth. This opportunity is a hybrid role from their office in Chippenham.
Summary:
The Cybersecurity Consultant will be responsible for acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on cybersecurity, staying updated with trends and innovations in the security industry. They will collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives, leading the process of designing and reviewing solutions to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a SME on cybersecurity, staying updated with trends and innovations in the security industry.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives.
- Deliver strategic whiteboarding sessions to develop and implement security strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation to support the improvement of a customer's security estate.
- Deliver technical training and enablement sessions to sales teams, partners, and customers.
- Engage with customers to address technical challenges, provide solution recommendations, and overcome obstacles.
- Proactively collaborate with the wider pre-sales team to drive overall business success in security.
Requirements:
- Over 2 years of experience in a pre-sales or similar role within a managed service provider (MSP) or reseller organization.
- Strong understanding of incident response stages and handling.
- Knowledge and/or experience with endpoint detection and threat management products.
- Good knowledge and awareness of global information security standards.
- Experience with security frameworks and/or market-leading solutions.
- Experience in recommending and designing solutions to meet compliance guidelines.
- Certifications in leading market solutions.
