Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Danish Client Service Associate to join our team in Copenhagen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily tasks, partnering directly with top banks, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks.

The ideal candidate will have native or fluent Danish and English skills, a university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, and a commitment to maintaining quality of work while sticking to a timeline.

About the Role
  • Manage daily tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Partner directly with top banks (who are our custodians) to assist with administrative and operational tasks
  • Liaise Sale Representatives, Investment Counsellors, and many other parties to ensure seamless communication
  • Gain exposure to other European countries' businesses and help Investment Counsellors with relationship management
  • Assist in producing reports based on the current situation of prospective clients

You will report to your client Service Team Leader who will aid in your on-the-job training and professional development.

Requirements
  • A university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (Finance/Economics/Business is a plus)
  • Native/Fluent Danish and English skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
  • Commitment to maintaining quality of work while sticking to a timeline

Earn approximately £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as you grow with our company.
