Billing Clerk

The role of Billing Administrator at Totum Partners involves monitoring Partner & client portfolio of bills, requesting Ad-hoc proformas and generating reports, amending proformas and input billing guide amendments, and reviewing time narratives for accuracy of recording. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be responsible for forwarding billing guides to alternative reviewers and editors, dealing with the volume of invoices & billing related queries, preparing narratives and fee breakdowns, and facilitating the dispatch of bills to clients in line with the client's requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Monitoring Partner & client portfolio of bills
- Requesting Ad-hoc proformas and generating reports
- Amending proformas and input billing guide amendments
- Reviewing time narratives for accuracy of recording
- Forwarding billing guides to alternative reviewers and editors
- Dealing with the volume of invoices & billing related queries
- Preparing narratives and fee breakdowns
- Facilitating the dispatch of bills to clients in line with the client's requirements
- Liaising with the eBilling team to provide billing guidelines
The ideal candidate will possess experience working in a Law firm or Professional Services, with good written and verbal communication skills, and be able to communicate at all levels with a confident, professional telephone manner. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word is also required.
