Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Sales Consultant in our Swindon store. This part-time opportunity requires 8 hours of work per week.

As the face of our brand, you will provide exceptional customer service and in-depth product knowledge to our customers. Using a personalized approach, you will guide the customer journey from start to finish, including providing sensory experiences through our signature services such as fragrance consultations or hand and arm massages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Use a personalized selling approach to guide the customer journey
  • Assist the team with general store-related tasks, including stock management, cleaning, and replenishment
