Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of approximately 50 rooms per shift, adhering to Rosewood standards.
  • Effectively lead the team of housekeepers and floor porters to deliver a refined and intuitive service.
  • Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, fire exits, stairways, service areas, and service rooms are maintained to the hotel's standards.
  • Utilize the internal communication device to allocate and prioritize tasks for the team.
Requirements
  • Paying close attention to detail and maintaining high quality standards.
  • Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest and associate experience.
  • Possessing a good understanding of how to lead small teams effectively.
