Role: Risk Intelligence Coordinator

Location: Liverpool

The Role:

What to Expect:

  • Develop and support T-Trak, including desktop risk assessments for upselling opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Create personalized outreach strategies for existing customers based on their historical data and preferences.
  • Analyze group-wide data to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling.
  • Review inspection issue reports to identify upselling opportunities and resolve property issues that pose an immediate risk to property status.
  • Implement targeted communication plans to engage with customers during seasonal campaigns or events.
  • Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue, such as drain downs during winter and dark night campaigns for increased security.

Who are we looking for:

  • Sales experience, high-volume outbound calls, and proven success in an outbound call environment.
  • Account management and development.
  • Understanding customer satisfaction factors and delivering outstanding service to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ability to work in partnership with operational colleagues to enhance the customer journey.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize daily tasks and multitask.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
