Nexus Risk Intelligence Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Intelligence Coordinator to join our team at The VPS Group. As a key member of our security team, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating potential risks to our customers and their assets.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement risk assessment strategies to identify potential threats and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate with operational colleagues to enhance the customer journey and improve customer satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis and reporting tools to identify emerging trends and areas of potential upselling.
- Develop and execute targeted communication plans to engage with customers during specific seasonal campaigns or events.
- Support seasonal campaigns to drive revenue and enhance customer experience.
- Proven sales experience and high-volume outbound call environment.
- Account management and development skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily tasks and multi-task.
