Our client is an established business based in Belfast, seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join their team. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality services, they offer a supportive working environment and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and reconciling company bank accounts and credit cards, assisting with the maintenance of a database to co-ordinate projects, associated expenses and allocated resources, and providing administrative support to the Director. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Administrator to join a dynamic team and contribute to the smooth running of the office.
Responsibilities:
* Manage and reconcile company bank accounts and credit cards
* Assist with the maintenance of a database to co-ordinate projects, associated expenses and allocated resources
* Provide administrative support to the Director, including organisational tasks and word processing duties
* Maintain an effective filing system and manage day-to-day office operations
Requirements:
* 2+ years' experience within a similar role
* Excellent IT skills, with at least 1 year's experience of using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines
* Excellent organisational skills and communication skills
Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
* Part-Time hours (16 hours per week, can be flexible)
