An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Regional Support Manager to oversee the operations and ensure the highest standards of care across various care homes within the Suffolk area.

You will be working for a leading healthcare provider, responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing policies and procedures, and supporting and mentoring staff to deliver outstanding care to residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide effective leadership and management, including recruiting the right people for key roles and ensuring they are trained to complete their tasks.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor care home managers and staff, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Monitor and manage the financial and business performance of the homes, including budgeting, financial reporting, and business development.
  • Ensure that the homes are compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality of care and environment provided to residents.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.

**Preferred Skills and Experience:**

  • Strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and regulatory requirements in the care home industry.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
