We are seeking a skilled and compassionate adult carer to join our team at Charlton Farm, providing respite, palliative, and bereavement care for children with life-limiting conditions on a one-to-one basis.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendship and care to sick children and their immediate and extended family members.
  • Create a homely and welcoming environment where families feel nurtured and rested.
  • Work flexibly alongside families, supporting them in the manner they choose.

The ideal candidate will possess relevant professional qualifications in children's healthcare, social care, or play/education, along with experience working with children and their families. They should also have knowledge and understanding of the needs of children with life-limiting conditions and their families.

A competitive salary of £26,041 per annum (including enhancements for night, weekend, and bank holiday working) is offered, along with 33 days' holiday entitlement, an enhanced sick pay scheme, personal pension scheme, and other benefits.
