Social Care Manager

**Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled social care manager to lead our Childrens Permanence & Transitions Team in Devon. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing workloads, resolving service delivery issues, and ensuring case work meets high standards.
This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your leadership abilities, with a competitive salary of £42,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy flexible working hours, regular supervision on cases, and a supportive team culture.
To succeed in this role, you will require 1-5 years post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry, SWE Registration, and Enhanced DBS/CRB (which we can obtain for you). Eligibility to work in the UK is also essential.
