Senior Paid Social Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Social Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our digital advertising team, you will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale paid social campaigns across multiple platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with client goals and target audience.
- Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid ads on social platforms, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
- Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
- Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.
