About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paid Social Media Executive to join our team at Realtime Agency. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing large-scale paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, manage, and execute large-scale paid social media campaigns that drive business results and meet client objectives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies that align with client goals and target audience.
  • Drive new ideas to improve campaign performance, including account structure, bid strategy, creative, ad copy, audience management, and landing page optimization.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to maximize performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs, and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Identify and present new opportunities/areas of growth that will help continue the development of paid channels.
